INCARNATE GOD
Incarnate God, sin's atonement, born to
Die that I might live, walked the land of
Abraham's promise, came to save his
People from their sin, called disciples to
Follow him, making them fishers of men,
Traveled about doing good in Galilee, and
Regions around the sea, taught the gospel
Of God's kingdom, to the poor and rich, the
Learned and unlearned, without showing
Preference, defied understanding...mocked
By some, praised by others, angered pious
Religious leaders, showing their lack of sight
Or understanding who he was, and why he'd
Come, an enigma to those hearing him, who
Then believed, and those that heard him and
Didn't receive his message, he was God and
Still is...to all who believe and all who don't!!!
