Like hot fudge melting ice cream, your chocolate rich love
Thaws arctic zones once too treacherous for travelers,

Now its greening captures glimpses of wide open spaces
Once unexplored and dark, as life's awakening

Takes a form all its own as you tread your way to my
Heart...and who knows...maybe the path strewn with

Melting glaciers and debris will become an infrastructure
All its own, and the super highway will be used for

Traveling to and fro beyond the arctic regions that I've known.
It's a risk! There's always a risk when it comes to life and love.
