ETERNAL BEINGS

ETERNAL BEINGS

Eternal beings, though outer body
Wastes away, withers as the grass
Quickly fades into night, blowing in
The wind...as this life ends another

One begins...some go from here to
Be with God...others choose the pit
Of hell, yet rail against our Lord and
Say, it's not fair we'll have to spend

Eternity in fiery flames and darkness,
But God prevails, his judgements are
True, just, and righteous, a Holy God
Must judge all who don't repent...go

Their own way as sinful evil men, yet
Because of his holiness, gives them
Every opportunity to trust Jesus who
Laid down his life, mercy's sacrifice,

Calling all who'd come to repentance
Giving Him their trust is really a must
To become new, found heaven bound,
Redeemed by his blood...born again!
