JESUS MY CONSTANT
My constant reminder is Jesus, he
Considers me his child, friend, and
Redeemed....confessed his love for
Me by dying on the wooden tree of
Calvary....for a world of lost sinners
Without hope until he stepped down
From heaven's throne, became a tiny
Babe who grew into a man and went
About doing good, healing, teaching
God's ways, a carpenter by trade, he
Is a lowly servant....Savior, powerful
Creator, King of kings, Lord of lords
He's God who loved, and he can't be
Ignored, paid the price for mankind's
Unrighteousness, his hands and feet
Forever scarred....his wounded side
Still bears the mark of love in action
Doing only what God could do....bear
Man's sins, breaking through the wall
That separated from God, atonement.

RELATED SCRIPTURES
Romans 5:8-11, 21 -- But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet
sinners, Christ died for us.
9 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through
him.
10 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much
more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
11 And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom we have
now received the atonement.
21 That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness
unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.

Ephesians 2:13-16 -- But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh
by the blood of Christ.
14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of
partition between us;
15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in
ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;
16 And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the
enmity thereby:

Phillipians 2:5-8 -- Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
6 Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
7 But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was
made in the likeness of men:
8 And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto
death, even the death of the cross.
