THE LOVE OF GOD
The love of God, ever present and steady,
Reliable and ready to all who ask, faithful
And true, comes near me and you...holds
Us close to his chest, so that we can find
Rest for our weary heart, when torn apart
And we don't know what to do, but if we'll
Seek him we'll find that he leads the blind,
Strengthens, guides, and walks beside us,
Through thick and thin, when we let him in,
Our Savior and friend, if we always trust his
Provision, he gives all the love we can hold,
See it unfold, he makes us whole, complete
In him, cleansed of sin, dearly loved of God
Till the end of this life, and through eternity.
