PASSIONATE LOVE
Intentional extravagant love, came
From our LORD above, protector of
My soul, died that I might be whole,
Gave himself unconditionally on the
Altar of the cross....as blood poured
Down, no stopping it now, so he took
His last breath, that we could find rest
And redemption from the fallenness of
Sin, "It is finished" he cried, and can't be
Denied, as he pursued fallen man, it was
Always God's plan, restoring the lost, at
The greatest of costs, relentless, perfect,
Persistent, premeditated, passionate love.
