HEAVEN'S GOLDEN REALM
A blanket pieced together, by a single
Golden thread, weaving in and out and in
Through life's darkened hues of blacks and
Blues, as abstract patterns of passion's red
And avarice's green, splash across patches
Of some landscaped scene, with a single ray
Of light just like the single golden strand,
Shines bright against the backdrop of man's
Sin, from foundation of the world God's
Overarching plan...to save us from futility
Of man, the Son shines in the darkness, but
Still they wouldn't see, refused him as God...
Scorned him mockingly, while hanging there
He prayed for them in agonizing pain, so that
Everyone could come and his crimson blood
Proclaim, victory over death, man's fallen
Destiny, for God so loved the world...once
For all he died, now once for all he lives in
Heaven's golden realm, awaits the Father's
Call to bring home his betrothed, to answer
Freedom's flight, the Church caught up with
Him for the marriage supper of the Lamb,
The bride in splendid white, there they'll be
For all eternity, with Father, Son, Holy Spirit...
The Blessed Trinity!
