DARK TO LIGHT
Released from darkness into light,
My grounded soul has taken flight,
Once in bondage to sin, but now in
Christ I'm born again....freed from
Death's darkened night, he saved
Me from terrors and awful fright,
The light shines on a narrow trail,
I will follow him who can not fail,
But the lost pursue a world of sin,
Displaying corruption deep within,
And evil in plain sight....instead of
Doing what is right, can't resist the
Things that satisfy flesh, because
They believe that the world's ways
Should be pursued, but the Savior
Says "I paid in blood," holding out
Nail scarred hands and open arms
For sinners wherever they're from,
Through Jesus Christ the Son, the
Victory has already been won!
